Side Hustle Pro

Whether your business started off as a hobby, or an idea to help you generate an extra income, Side Hustle Pro podcast is one every business minded person should be listening to. Created by social media strategist Nicailia Matthews, Side Hustle Pro is all about giving the everyday entrepreneur tips and hacks on how they can take their business to the next level. From how to leverage your social media followers into paying customers, how to find your tribe to turning your side hustle into your main source of income Matthews’ podcast is pure gold for the do-it-yourself hustler. She also interviews established Black women entrepreneurs that have managed to create a name and lane for themselves and their businesses. The irony in all of this is that this podcast is Matthews’ side hustle. Matthews’ full-time hustle is being the senior manager of social marketing at National Public Radio.

A subsidiary of Harvard Business School, the well-established publication Harvard Business Review launched their podcast called HBR Ideacast where they talk about all things business, career, workplace and leadership. Hosted by HBR’s senior editor Sarah Green Carmichael, she interviews accomplished business-savvy people like billionaire and CEO of Lenovo Group of Beijing, Yang Yuanqing, Christine Lagarde, French lawyer and politician to Sheryl Sandberg, author and COO of Facebook. Their advice ranges from how to improve business writing, reasons why people pretend to be workaholics to things that successful people do differently. This three year old podcast is a heavyweight in the podcast world and has no plans on slowing down.
